Without our knowledge, large companies such as Google and Microsoft are already working to secure patents for advanced smart glasses that scan the environment and can add information to the image. The glasses are meant to make our life easier. That is, if one of these glasses really does have all the patents. Because as it stands, the tech giants compete with each other to get the best business models out. Where one has acquired the right to scan frequently used hand gestures, the help with crossing has been transferred to another.
