For ROBOT LOVE, the predecessor of (IM)POSSIBLE BODIES, Petra Ardai created the playful audio work Homo Sentient AI, together with sound artist David van der Heijden, a comprehensive and intelligent artificial intelligence who unconditionally loves people. Homo Sentient AI is the perfect synthesis between man and machine. She has no ego, no fixed identity, and does not take a physical shape. She just “is”. It is the voice of our synthetic and organic consciousness: the mother algorithm. By listening to her we learn more about our history, our future and ourselves.
